Travel Lock Mode (Cordless Models)
Due to courier requirements, the first wave of cordless products is being shipped with Travel Lock enabled.
This applies to:
- Die Cast Max Cordless
- Die Cast Compact
(Doxy Go does not ship with Travel Lock enabled)
Travel Lock has been activated to prevent accidental activation during transit and to comply with carrier shipping guidelines.
A few important points:
- Travel Lock is explained on the FIRST PAGE of the instruction manual
- There is currently no Travel Lock sticker on the product itself
- As a result, some customers may believe their product is faulty when it is simply locked
To unlock the device, press and hold the Minus (-) and Power (ø) buttons together for ~3 seconds.

We also cannot accept returns for items that pose a health risk or have been in contact with skin or bodily fluids (such as saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.). Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and are not resellable.
